Colin Rose did a fantastic job power washing my home’s exterior and getting rid of thick moss on a large number of brick pavers on my back patio. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable on the skill of power-washing. My house is over 100 years old, so Colin took the time to carefully wash the original windows, so as not to cause any damage. He was meticulous in making sure the house was spotless and went back over super soiled areas 5 and 6 times…whatever it took! I highly recommend Colin to do a superior job on any home in the area! Expert Window Cleaning in Wilmington, NC
Window cleaning in Wilmington, NC means working against more than ordinary dust. Coastal air carries salt particles that settle on glass and etch surfaces over time. Spring pollen coats panes for weeks. Summer storms leave mineral spots that basic wiping cannot remove. Humidity keeps residue clinging longer than it would in drier climates. At Rose Property Service, we clean interior and exterior glass, frames, screens, sills, and tracks. We assess each window before we start, so the right method is used for each surface and access point. Homes near the water, under pine canopies in areas like Forest Hills, or in established neighborhoods along the College Road corridor all face different buildup patterns. We account for those differences. Clean windows let in more natural light, protect glass from long-term surface damage, and lift your home's curb appeal. If your glass looks hazy, spotted, or streaked after rain, it is time to call Rose Property Service in Wilmington.

Common questions about window cleaning in Wilmington, NC.
Yes, Rose Property Service cleans both interior and exterior glass on Wilmington homes. We also clean frames, sills, screens, and tracks as part of the service.
Wilmington's coastal air carries salt particles and high humidity that cause residue to cling to glass faster than in drier areas. Pollen seasons and summer storms add mineral spots that return quickly without proper cleaning technique.
Yes, Rose Property Service handles upper-story windows on Wilmington homes using safe access equipment suited for the job. We plan access before starting to protect your landscaping and exterior surfaces.
Yes, screens and tracks are included in our window cleaning service for Wilmington properties. Grit and pollen collect in tracks and drag across glass when windows open, so cleaning them is part of getting a full result.
Yes, homes near the water in Wilmington face salt spray that can etch glass if left untreated. Professional cleaning removes that buildup and helps protect the glass surface over time.
If you see streaks, salt haze, yellow pollen film, or water spots that do not wipe away, your windows need professional attention. Wilmington's mix of salt air, pollen, and storm activity makes that buildup common across the area.
